  1. Shape ground beef into four five-inch patties.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over both sides of burgers.
  3. Grill burgers over direct high heat (450°F-550°F) 8-10 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. When burger is nearly done, top with cheese. Grill buns cut side down, 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Place hamburgers on buns, topping each burger with 2 strips of bacon. Top burger as desired.
